GC2010 modelThe gas chromatograph [basic structure shown in Figure 1-1] is a universal, multi-purpose, high-performance single detector series instrument. The basic instrument adopts a dual gas path analysis system, equipped with a hydrogen flame detector [FID], and can be operated in a constant temperature or programmed temperature mode; Can install packed columns or capillary chromatography columns; Can be used for column head injection or rapid vaporization injection analysis; And various detectors with different performance can be selected and configured, such as TCD, ECD, FPD, NPD, etc., to form instruments with different performance, meeting the needs of different users, analysis objects, and application scenarios. The instrument is controlled by a microcomputer, operated by a keyboard, and displayed on a LCD screen. It has the advantages of high electronic circuit integration, good reliability, simple operation, and adaptability to long-term operation. The column box is equipped with a rear opening automatic cooling system, and each heating zone (such as the injector constant temperature box, capillary injector constant temperature box, detector constant temperature box, auxiliary constant temperature box, and column constant temperature box) is relatively separated by insulation materials to minimize heat transfer between each heating zone. The temperature of each heating zone can be independently controlled. The constant temperature chamber of the injector can accommodate two packed column injectors or rapid vaporization injectors simultaneously. One capillary injector can be installed inside the capillary injector box. To meet the needs of special users, the instrument can be equipped with two detector boxes simultaneously. One standard detector box and one thermal conductivity cell detector box. The standard detector box adopts a dual seat installation method, which can simultaneously install two detectors. The flow rate and pressure controller system of the basic instrument gas are installed inside the instrument gas circuit box. The injection system installed on the top of the instrument requires a vertical injection method, and the instrument can be equipped with an automatic injection system.
